Reservation Process
1. Click on the "Calendar of available dates" below to view available dates. 2. Check the rental rates by clicking on the links underlined below: Spring & Summer Rates (May-September) Winter Rates (September-May) 3. Call or email us with the dates of your stay and the number of adults and children staying with you. We will also need to know the ages of anyone under 18. Please include your mailing address and mobile phone number. Our telephone number is 1-630-671-1375. Please call before 9 PM Central Standard Time. You may use PayPal to pay your reservation by credit card. You will also have the option of paying the balance of the rental by credit card or check after we contact you. We prefer personal check. If you have special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. International visitors are welcome to use bank wire transfer. 4. Mail a refundable security deposit ($300 for 1-2 weeks or $500 for more than 2 weeks) to: Afine Pacific Group, LLC, 358 W. Army Trail Road, Suite 140-225, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. 5. Upon receipt of the security deposit we will mail or email (whichever you prefer) a rental agreement which you sign and return to us but keep a copy for yourself. We will also include a packet containing check-in procedures, parking instructions and fun things to do in Oceanside. We will reserve your dates and send a confirmation email or letter to you upon return of the rental agreement.. Your rental rate and dates are locked at this time. 6. Mail the remaining rental amounts (rent, tax and cleaning fee) to us 60 days before your stay. If your stay is less than 60 days away, send us the signed rental agreement along with full payment. Security deposits are refunded 20 days after the end of your stay if the unit is left in acceptable condition. 7. Please remember the maximum number of persons staying in the unit is six (6). This unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Violation of these restrictions will result in loss of security deposit and possibly a fine from the homeowners association for which you will be charged. I am allergic to the dander from animals and will know if an animal was present in the unit. 8. Check-in time at NCV is normally Saturday 3 PM and departure time is Saturday 11 AM. We will attempt to accommodate different days and times. Early or late arrivals are possible. 9. Enjoy your vacation at the beach!
