Please note: You will need to register with PayPal and provide a password. We will not see your personal information. We will only be notified of the payment and the payment will be credited to our account. If you are a "Premium or Business" level member of PayPal when we refund your deposit you will be charged with a 2.9% fee. To avoid this fee please create a Personal PayPay account. If you are new to PayPal, your account is Personal by default.

Monthly rate is for a 4 week stay (minimum 30 days) beginning and ending on a Saturday. The monthly rate is not subject to the 11.5% City of Oceanside lodging tax.

Pricing example:    One week price ($2100 + $95 + $241..50 tax) = $2436.50

                            Two week price ($2100 + $2100 + $95 + $241.50 tax + $241.50 tax) = $4778.00

                            Monthly price  ($8000 + $95) = $8095 (no lodging tax required)

* Once your contract is returned to us the price is fixed at that time.
