We prefer personal checks but you may use PayPal. Pay using PayPal- Reserve your dates by clicking the PayPal button below. A $300 deposit will be charged to your credit card. We will call you to confirm dates. You have the option of paying the balance of the rental by credit card or by check after we contact you.

Please note: You will need to register with PayPal and provide a password. We will not see your personal information. We will only be notified of the payment and the payment will be credited to our account. If you are a "Premium or Business" level member of PayPal when we refund your deposit you will be charged with a 2.9% fee. To avoid this fee please create a Personal PayPay account. If you are new to PayPal, your account is Personal by default.

Monthly rate is for a 4 week stay (minimum 30 days) beginning and ending on a Saturday. The monthly rate is not subject to the 10% City of Oceanside lodging tax.

Pricing example:    One week rental price ($1200 + $95 + $110 tax) = $1405 

                            Two week rental price  ($1200+$1200+$95+$110tax+$110 tax) = $2715

                            Monthly price  ($3000 + $95) = $3095

* Once your contract is returned to us the price is fixed at that time.
