We prefer personal checks but you may use PayPal. Pay using PayPal- Reserve your dates by clicking the PayPal button below. A $300 deposit will be charged to your credit card. We will call you to confirm dates. You have the option of paying the balance of the rental by credit card or by check after we contact you.

Monthly rate is for a 4 week stay (minimum 30 days) beginning and ending on a Saturday. The monthly rate is not subject to the 11.5% City of Oceanside lodging tax.

Pricing example:    One week rental price ($1300 + $95 + $149.50 tax) = $1544.50 

                            Two week rental price  ($1300+$1300+$95+$149.50tax+$149.50 tax) = $2994

                            Monthly price  ($4000 + $95) = $4095

* Once your contract is returned to us the price is fixed at that time.
